Can't fault it... Now with ofcom law they give you a guaranteed speed and speeds you can get up to... 73mbps constant... A few niggles with my first router but a call to them.. Based in Scotland no less... They were on the case.. Adjusted settings pushed a firmware not yet out didn't fix it so the sent me a new router which was up and running in 10 mins. Coming from sky which was poor and slow.. It's amazing.. Something to do with them not sharing bts data lines and having 2 of there own.. Keep up the good work Vodafone.

Avoid Vodafone like the plague. They have shockingly poor customer service and slow, very unreliable broadband. Hate the fact that I'm stuck in a 18 month contract and cannot wait for it to end. Would give them ZERO stars if I could!

They cut of my plusnet without giving me a modem to get online to vodaphone. i complained and was told it would around a week before my modem would arrive and the blamed the carrier!!.They are a terrible bunch of liars

0 rating for Vodafone. Please avoid Vodafone before you get mental health issues with them. All they will do is extend your activation date. Even on the day after 4months the engineer from open reach came and connected everything on. All that was left was for Vodafone to active the line on their end. Engineer was really kind and kept in touch with us over days to let us know that he’s forcing Vodafone to active the line but with no luck. Spent 8 hours a day on Tobi chat with Vodafone where they kept extending my activation date by saying the engineers have done their part and need to come again. Please avoid absolute mental damage waste of time and energy. Save yourself people don’t choose Vodafone.

I ordered fast fibre in December 2022 and was told it would go live on 26th January 2023. Well, here I am 3 months and 1 day after finally getting the fibre connected to my property and it still hasn't gone live. Spoke to them this morning and they said they are just setting it up at their end and it would be live within an hour. Just spoke to them again and they to give them another 48 hours!!! Really disappointed

Getting latency of 232ms (on Superfast 2 Fibre) - very very poor!
Again the BT Openreach line seems to be working perfectly so leads me to the conclusion that Vodafone can't their side of the broadband network!

Arranged switch date with vodaphone, switch date came, no internet connection. Phoned costumer support, 30 mins later spoke to representative. Told there was a fault on my line and would have no service for 8 DAYS until the fault could be fixed. Strange that my previous broadband provider found no faults. Abysmal service from vodaphone

I have had a fault since joining Vodafone in June. I still have no idea when it will be repaired, even though I ask about 3 times a week. I am Just told ticket is open. My FFTC sync speed is now 5 MHz,

Service constantly dropping out - supposed to be super fast fibre but sometimes won't get anywhere near 20mbps. Latency is terrible too.
Router wifi signal is abysmal. Vodafone says the Openreach synch speed is fine, which it probably is, but the real issue is with Vodafone's lack of network capacity. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!

Having been totally dissatisfied with fibre with plusnet and then BT I changed to Vodafone. (I contact through their local shop)
I now have reliable 30mb service with telephone line and free UK calls for £28.0 per month.
HENCE I GIVE THEM AN ALL ROUND 5 ***** RATING

Vodafone have been utterly incompetent in most aspects of the set up and [non] execution of my fibre broadband service. 3 dates were given, each one assuring me that today was going to be the day when, finally, I would be 'activated'. 3 times I was disappointed. No more. I hope they cancel my broadband order more efficiently than they activated it. Customer Service were pleasant, but useless AND HOPELESS. Vodafone, never, EVER again. DO NOT SIGN UP

Very poor service. I paid extra for the 4g backup when the broadband is not available, surprise surprise that doesn’t work. Takes hours to get through to them go somewhere else don’t go to Vodafone.

Absolutly awful speed and even worse customer service. Had had issues for a while, have been promised all sorts to sort it - no one helps.
Tech 2 team were supposed to call back - still waiting after 3 days. Have asked to be released from contract which has until May 2019 to run - rep called Rana in Egypt - I am almost sure she laughed at me when I asked to be released and again when I asked to esculate complaint to manager who is not available for 2 hours!
I pay for 76mbps - supposedly syncing at 67 but I get between 2-4mbps every evening.
Totally rubbish service!

Useless router, keeps interrupting without any reason.

They give you a 15% discount on your bill if they do not meet the minimum guaranteed speeds. We've had this discount every month since activation. Connection drops out atleast 3 times an hour from 1pm - 10am. We pay for 75 down and get 35 max. The downtime, drop outs & the useless customer service have ensured I never come back to this company.

Vodafone said our router would arrive on 23 3 22 but no sign of it . Lost 1 day of work . So they gave me another date and again no sign . So cancelled Vodafone broadband. Now noticed they taking money out of by bank account. Now to phone grrr

I joined Voda fiber after leaving Sky fiber for the cheaper voda prices. The exchange turned out to be oversubscribed by nealry 2x which meant between 5 and 11 evening times, my internet would always end up crawling to 200kpbs (4 times faster than dial up). The link at the exchange still hasn't been upgraded and I'm still, 3 months later, on slow connections in the evening. Didn't have this with Sky. And no choice but to wait for open reach to upgrade the link, which is a woefully slow operation. Sky Fibre was the best internet I'd had and leaving for this is painful.

Shocking speeds. Promised 70mbps on the package, apparently shouldn't go below 50mpbs currently getting 3.53mbps WIFI (speedtest). I am 1m away from my router. My 3G is faster than their internet. Plex Server buffers local files that is how slow this is. When I was with Plusnet, never dropped below 60mpbs on WIFI. Leaving for Virgin.

Switched from Sky to Vodafone, worked for 9 days then the router died, 3 days later after trying to call customer services/faults multiple times and can not even get to speak with anyone, logged online and on app, terrible customer service have now cancelled and gone elsewhere, I would never recommended Vodafone Broadband to anyone the customer service or lack of is shocking !

Have had the broadband a couple of years now just recently I started getting logged out had to log back in all the time I ring customer service usually around 30 to 40 mins listening to horrible music then they run tests and say we gonna try a few things same things all the time then they say turn off router for 15 mins they done that 4 times now still no call backs. Then I have to call them go through same process
Complete waste of space save your money go with someone else !,,

Switched to Vodafone from Virgin. It's noticeably less reliable. Need to restart modem probably every other month. It's fairly OK for the price but I don't know would I extend beyond initial contract

Having moved to Vodafone Broadband at the beginning of this year I have had constant issues with wifi coverage within my home. This has lead to router, boosters and Alexa box changes. Recently I find my self with yet another Alexa booster box issues, that cannot be resolved as Vodafone are unable to provide a replacement box and cannot provide a forecast when they are able to. I find this disappointing when you consider the purchasing power of such a large company. Subsequently I have been told it is up to me to contact Vodafone to chase up the replacement for the t Alexa booster. I would have thought Vodafone would be able to order and send a replacement without the need for me to chase. Customer service is poor and when I wanted to raise a complaint the call handlers were unable to action the complaint or log it as they are not aware of a procedure for handling complaints.

Impossible to say how satisfied I am. After 18 months with "Bungeling" PlusNet and a year of unsatisfactory phone calls to India with BT, I changed and am getting a reliable 30megs. Fantastic

This is really a review of Cityfibre :
Astonishingly Incompetent, Poorly Managed and apparently Completely Unaccountable.
Vodafone do the best they can with a shoddy fibre network provider.
1. Arranged fibre broadband from Vodafone through the Cityfibre network. Cityfibre connected the fibre to the house but as there was no ‘signal’ to the telegraph pole they told us we might be without internet connection and ‘landline’ phone for 2 to 3 days (max). We thought that was acceptable but it turned out to be untrue.
2. We were without VoIP phone and internet for 14 days despite repeated requests through Vodafone and even an email (with a friend’s computer) to the CEO of Cityfibre. ie no access to banking, email, shopping and all the other things that we take for granted. I manage a volunteer, not for profit organisation and that proved impossible without internet.
3. Cityfibre won’t accept responsibility for any of this and as an unaccountable monopoly simply brush off any complaints and direct you back to the ISP. When I phoned the ‘Issue Resolution’ office at Cityfibre the person I spoke to was dismissive, unhelpful and pretty unpleasant.
From my experience, the overall impression I have of Cityfibre is a company that is dishonest, astonishingly incompetent, poorly managed and simply uncaring - as they are completely unaccountable to individual customers.

Hii everyone please don't go for Vodafone broadband cause the service is very bad the promiss u 30 day satisfaction but for me it's been 7months from day 1 till today still has issues when I sign up for 1 broadband contract they added 6,7 broadband connection on my account I had no idea wt was going on no 1 is bothered to sort the issues one day they suddenly cancelled my account but my broadband was still working I went in Vodafone store and showed them they were surprised to see my account is cancelled but my broadband is still working then they gave me new account and the guy in Vodafone store he transferred my broadband on my new account in another few weeks the suddenly cancelled my new account and transferred everything back to my old account I didn't even knew I didn't receive letter nor email not text I didn't knew wt was going on I call the every month or atlist 2or 3 times in month to make sure everything is fine they promise you fiber 38mb speed most of the time it's not even 15mb speed I won't recommend this Vodafone broadband to anyone.

Dropped out regularly. Asian call centre is a joke. Unable to access my router, help promised was totally ineffective, then they gave up and I have transferred back to Virgin. I was glad to be rid of Vodafone and happy to pay to leave my contract.

Numerous phone calls and emails with attachments for the past two weeks and it’s still useless but according to Vodafone there is nothing wrong I urge everyone to avoid Vodafone at all costs

I am glad I didnt listen to all the negative reviews I was a little worried after I signed up but had my broadband 2 weeks now and its been very reliable and stable faster than the NOW TV broadband it replaced but just a bit slower than the BT broadband I had before that but so much cheaper even better price too as I have Vodafone Mobile. I got the superfast 2 which syncs at 42 but I expect that as im not close to the exchange i got 38 with Nowtv and 48 with BT for reference.

My wife and I have just moved into our first home and the first thing I wanted to get up and running was the internet as I know this is usually what takes the longest.
I did some researching online and price comparing for fibre Broadband and Vodafone along with Talktalk were by far the cheapest available. My mother has Talktalk fibre and I really can't say a bad word about them but what sold me to choose Vodafone was the current offer they have on where you can choose a free gift. I chose the Wireless speaker which I've wanted to buy for a while so it was a no brainer for me.
I was given a date for an engineer to come round and fit a new line as ours had been cut completely by I presume the people living at the flat before us.
The engineer called me 15mins before arriving just to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and the work carried out was very neat so no ugly cables running up and down the walls. He finished the job within an hour or so and said once the router has turned on and done what it needs to do it should all be up and running.
5 hours later and we still didn't have any Internet so I decided to call Vodafone just to check this was normal as I was told it can take up to midnight for the line to be activated.
I called at about 7pm and there was a que of just under an hour so I decided to use their call back service. I received a call back from a lady who was really brilliant from start to finish and she told me that something needed to be done their end to get our internet up and running. I stayed on the line for about 15mins whilst they done the necessary bits their end, she then explained how to reset the router and then said to leave it to work through it's boot up process and to try again in half an hour to see if it was working. She also promised a call back in an hour to make sure it was working.
Within 20 mins or so our Fibre broadband was all up and running and straight away with the speeds we was told we would get. I was called back as promised too just to make sure everything was up and running which I thought was fantastic as usually companies will promise a call back and you'll never hear from them again!
Other than the minor delay it getting it up and running so far I really don't have a bad word to say about Vodafone's broadband service.
Along with the best price available there is no traffic shaping meaning no slowing you down during peak hours, no download limits, possibly the most helpful and friendliest customer service I have ever used and a free wireless speaker worth £180!!
Vodafone have clearly put a lot of effort and resources into getting their broadband right and competing with the big boys and it most definitely shows.
It's early days but so far I have been nothing but impressed and won't hesitate to recommend you to everyone I know!
