    Thankfully cancelled prior to connection, ascending prices, no mention of the McAfee and other add ons. Despite insisting I cancel still kept getting progress emails etc then a router turned turned up. Told them to return to sender then a long expletive filled email as I was at the end of my tether. Avoid at all costs, the reviews are true!!

    The worst broadband service ever I deal with.After 18months contract decided to switch with other provider.My agreement with Onestream finishing on 29.01.23 from 5th Jan try to call them and give them a notice I'm leaving, finally on 16th after not very nice conversation with rude customer service staff I was able to stop my service will onestream I ve been told that my account and broadband service will be closed on 16thFeb - what they did they cut me off the same day,no broadband,no service - they didn't even bother to wait until other provider will overtake me.WTF I rang them next day to check why I was disconnected the same day I told them I'm leaving -what I heard was ,yes your account was closed immediately so we cut you off ? Why immediately?If you want to be switched back you need to pay early cancellations fee? Its nonsense.D Don't recommended Onestream to anyone.

    Dreadful company, if having a reliable broadband connection is important to you please use a different supplier.

    Despite accepting that there is issues on the line which they've had weeks to fix - they just blame openreach and refuse to let me leave without penalty even though they know the line is still at fault and dropping most days.

    Similar to other reviews, they have an attitude of me being stuck with the contact even though its not working, which is really immoral,

    Having to pay for extra data daily on my phone so that I can work from home for the charity i volunteer for - which can't carry on so until I can move provider I can't help suicidal people

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Offer you a deal then keeping changing the goalposts. Adding on extra charges for products not required, then after offering 12 months at a fixed price and after agreeing,they then add it has to be a 24 month contact and second year is double the price! Advised 14-16 days connection followed by an email saying an engineer has to come out first which will be in 4 weeks.Now trying to charge me over £500 cancellation despite cancelling same day I received details

    The WORST MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! If I could describe the hate!!! I have for this company!!!! Save your self!!!! Stay away!!!!

    terrible experience.
    Since it was installed, the internet is very slow and keep breaking. I contacted the company in one month and I have got a visit to find that the router is faulty and they contacted the company in front of me with this. one months awaiting router that was never send, so called company to cancel as I never had the contracted speed and not fixing the problem. they refused as they must get 8 weeks to resolve the problem ! of course never refunded the time with poor service as promised.
    I moved address, still with no new router, to find out that engineers can't install internet in my new flat ( had 2 visits). contacted customer service and had a very friendly treatment and decision to cancel with no penalty because of exceptional circumstances and the customer service person even asked me to write a review with his name ( which I did ). I cancelled my direct debt after receiving email with cancellation with no further billing. had calls from the company few days after trying to cancel the cancellation ! even sending bill to my old address. and still charging me via backup payment which I disputed with my bank.

    Literally worst internet service I ever had. Company doesn't honer their part of the contract by decent service, fixing problems or their own resolution to problems.
    Would recommend more know and trusted broadband providers.

    Worst experience with a business I've ever had. 1. A "system glitch" caused them to fail to ship my router on time, their direct rldebit system repeatedly failed to charge my account and then they did not give me a deadline to make up the payment before terminating my account and billing me £300. Their customer service over phone is awful and you will wait over an hour for an agent. I once emailed a complaint and instead of recev8ng a response in 3 days it tool 3 weeks. Do not give them your business and tell all of your friends to avoid them. This company does not deserve to be in business.

    Good Points
    Actually not terrible for basic internet connection. Resell vodafone so performance is generally good. 

    Bad Points
    Terrible billing practices. Lots of extras you need to spend time canceling 
    Cancellation process in general - Billing department who is happy to charge but refuses to provide invoices.Terrible escalation process - You might as well talk to a brickwall

    Thankfully ability to dispute charges via Bank when providing evidence of shoddy customer service.

    Totally backward company - How they are still in business baffles me - AVOID

    Must be one of the poorest provider I have ever used, connection slow and often falls out.on contacting their office they check broadband speed and say everything okay???
