The price is attractive but everything after that is very disappointing.
- The speed is very low
- The service drops out every few hours and when I contacted them they would always make me open the socket and then tell me that there is no problem
- Call service team are very polite but lacks the right knowledge
I guess Vodafone have launched the service in a hurry and without adequate system and knowledge

Everyone reviews for bad experiences. I've been with Vodafone for the best part of a year and it's been a very good and reliable year. The router is reliable and has good range within my 3 bed house. I can stream seamlessly and I can't actually think of a single time it has done the annoying "buffering" thing! Customer service when I called over the last 2 days has been excellent - fair and not pushy at all. Overall I've been pleased with Vodafone's broadband.

If you want okay broadband (alot slower than advertised) for a month then this is the broadband provider for you.
After a month they forget to provide you internet and then you have to call them at least 10 times on a wild goose chase trying to figure out what is wrong. Then after 2 weeks you give up and switch to another provider, as they still don't know why you magically stopped having internet.
Or you could save yourself this hassle and just use any other broadband company who will provide you reliable internet for the whole 12 month contract.

AVOID. I'm 7 calls in, I have had my router sent to the wrong address despite two phone calls to get the address corrected on the system, letters, texts and emails with different addresses for the engineer visit and I'm being told that if I'm lucky an engineer will be with me 18 days after I signed up for home broadband (after an hour wait to speak to customer services). I don't even have vodaphone broadband yet and I already wish I had never gone near this company. Avoid.

Absolutly awful speed and even worse customer service. Had had issues for a while, have been promised all sorts to sort it - no one helps.
Tech 2 team were supposed to call back - still waiting after 3 days. Have asked to be released from contract which has until May 2019 to run - rep called Rana in Egypt - I am almost sure she laughed at me when I asked to be released and again when I asked to esculate complaint to manager who is not available for 2 hours!
I pay for 76mbps - supposedly syncing at 67 but I get between 2-4mbps every evening.
Totally rubbish service!

Switched from sky, I feel like I have done great mistake, never had a problem with sky broadband, Vodafone broadband is crap, dropped internet every 2 to 3 hours interval and even they can’t fixed it, so bad experience with with Vodafone I don’t recommend to people to join with Vodafone broadband.

Why no 0 star review possible? Signed up to vodaphone but then it seems they can't provide me with the service I signed up for. Didn't bother to contact me. Fobbed me off. Can't give me a date and have effectively left me with no service

Internet constantly down. When it did work I got about 2mb.
Had to send router back. No prepaid bag to send it. Tried to charged me £72 for a late return I knew nothing about. Do not use vodaphone. Its cheap for a reason
