Signed up for superfast 2, guaranteed speeds of +55mbps. Daytime speeds fluctuate between 5-25mbps. In the evenings it's around 5-15mbps. Have spoken to them numerous times - they finally admitted they have oversubscribed and they can't achieve those speeds. Another thing, their app is garbage, says you have 80mbps, when you have 5. Will speak with Ofcom and Trading Standards.

Had Vodafone for a while now, broadband as well as 2 mobile contracts, never had a problem....until last month. The speeds dropped to 217KBPS on my ps4. online chat is useless, reading off sheets and constantly telling you to change the frequency channels and it'll improve after 24 hours (it doesn't). phone up to get passed from department to department, honestly folks...dial up is faster. currently sat looking for a more reliable provider. just avoid them.

Zero stars. I don’t know where to start. Poor internet quality, engineers that didn’t show up (twice) requested to cancel which was ignored- actually set me up with a new activation date instead! All this plus call centres in a non English speaking country. Extremely poor! Avoid like the plague.

Guaranteed download speed 35mbps??
Actual download speed 3.88mbps!!!
Spoke on live chat several times during this period to try and resolve or cancel. Have to phone to cancel so after phoning a few times and being on hold for 20 minutes.... give up.
Today I waited and spoke to someone, cost to cancel £140.00 as i have had it for SIX WEEKS now.
Total time on phone 1 hour and 7 minutes.
IT'S AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!

Joined Vodafone a few years ago with their super fast 2 service and am now experiencing diabolically slow lin speeds has low as 9mbps. Told to test in safe mode.no difference. Told to use lan connection. No difference. Been contacted three times. Repeat above three times. I want out and fed up with being treated as a liar. Will complain to Ofcom.

On the Superfast 2 package and it's great. Constant speed of 74.5 mbps (Ethernet) even during peak times it stays the same. Cheap and reliable!

One of the worst broadband providers. Not reliable at all. Disconnects a lot. Very slow speed when I joined them they said at least I should get 40 mbps but now getting 7 mbps. In a 18 month contract. Not sure how to get rid of them

VERY UNRELIABLE BROADBAND KEEP BREAKING UP now 7 days with no internet after each call they promised it will work with in 48 hours but never avoid them

Absolute bunch of cowboys! Dont go with this broadband company its a joke. We applied for the broad band 1 month ago and waited 2 weeks for an activation date (7th november) we still havent got any broadband we have rang 100 times and they all just say you have to wait. Surely not your given an activation date to go live for a reason. so angry we are self employed without internet. Liberty takers!

Reasonable speed as we are a long way from an exchange. Occasional hiccups with service, but very rare. Price is good for our service and will probably stay with Vodafone on renewal.
