    This is the worst broadband and company so far. They will charge you for service you are not enjoying. My broadband is not working and they said I would have to wait for when the engineer will be available and I will still have to pay for the period the broadband is not working. And they agreed the fault is from their side. I will never advise anyone to subscribe to sky

    The speed is quite low, but okay given its not fiber broadband, of course with all the ups and downs during the period. I got lots of disconnections during my contract.
    However this is not the worse part.
    I received an email from sky , 1 month before my 18 months contract was going to an end, saying that i would be moved to a rolling contract automatically, unless i would cancel. Fair enough.
    Well, i decided to cancel, like most of the people have done, after trying sky.
    They didnt like this and tried hard to give me a better offer to stay, but i had made my mind. What was reduculous is that They even called my wife to change my mind. Still, i canceled.
    Even though icanceled they still charged me for the next 2 months, even more that i was paying before.
    I have called them so many time and wasted so mu h time on the phone with them to get an explanation and refund me.
    Anytime i would call they would give me a different explanation, like it was a glitch in the system and your cancellation is still in pending, the second one lied to me that i would get the refund automatically by the end of the month -never happened and they charged me again, the third one told me that the refund needs to be done manually. Its been almost 3 months that i have cancelled my contract and i havent receved my refund yet.
    Please save your money and do not go with sky. There are much better contractors over there than sky. I am still waiting on my refund and they keep lying. Pathetic.

    It is quite rare i wright reviews, especially negative ones, but this one needs to be posted.
    I will be honest, the internet is not bad, of course with ups and downs . Speed is avarage , guven its not fiber broadband.
    The stress and all the problems started when i decided to cancel my contract.

    very bad customer service, my Call divert has stopped working for nearly 3 weeks and i'm still waiting for them to resolve it and they keep fobbing me.
    My call divert isn't working if someone trys to ring my landline which then diverts to my mobile it cuts off.
    i have reported the issue to sky but unfortunately they never sorted the problem.
    on sky help forum every body is complain about the same problem
    so now i decided to move to another service provider.

    I honestly got better broadband service in 1999. Sky broadband has been the single worst provider I have ever endured. Any company that removes Google reviews should be a company everyone should avoid.

    Sky broadband is the worst provider I have ever had! Please choose a different provider. BT is my business provider and I have never had an issue with them.

    Don't Ever use SKY...They are intent to extort and rip off as much people as possible..They we're taki g direct debit out of my account Every 2 weeks instead of monthly..I contacted them several times about it and despite assurances it continued..Each time i canceled the direct debit they then wanted me to pay a penalty fee for cancelling...After i terminated their service within 10 days they send you a Bill for £162 which suppose to be for early termination fee, router and Boster fee..NEVER USE SKY.

    I have no problems great customer service and the broadband TV and landline are spot on
