Absolutely terrible! Would not recommend to anyone, especially families with teenagers as they're never off the internet. The speed is shocking, and when phoning to ask for help they seem to defend their company instead of trying to help. Useless.

I moved from Virgin to Sky 6 months ago. Virgin's speeds were fantastic and I knew that Sky were going to be slower; particularly as they could only offer me 12-16Mbps. "That's okay" I thought, "I'm not a heavy user". WRONG! I rarely get above 8Mbps and can't download something on the laptop while my fiancee watches Netflix. It's incredible. I've had to complain three times where the customer service team; who are nice and friendly, try to do everything they can to fix the issue. The problem is - THEY DON'T FIX IT! I'm now about to push them to let me out of my contract early for not providing the service I requested. For anyone else having the same issue, I encourage you to do the same.

Having been a sky tv customer for 2 years now we decided to change our broadband to the same package. The internet provided however was hopelessly slow, compared to virgin which we used before. The customer service team were extremely rude when phoning up to try & cancel my contract and I was basically bullied into not being able to cancel. I then requested they do anything they can to speed up my internet which is too slow to even load netflix at the moment. No speed up has happened what so ever and i'm at a bit of a loss what to do till i can get this awful company straight out of my home.

The Sky InterNOT is the worst broadband service which we have had to suffer at this address. For the past three months Sky have proved either unwilling or unable to rectify this unsatisfactory situation.
We have now changed to the Three Mifi mobile broadband service which is simply MAGIC! The bonus being that we can also use it while traveling too, for instance in France or Spain we do not have to pay any more than here in the UK. Furthermore, it costs us less than half that of the SkyInterNOT per month.
Surely a win, win situation, yes?

It's not broadband: typically less than 1 Mbps. The customer support is just a cycle of ineffective time wasters to wear you down and make you give up. Don't go near this company: total rip off

I would not recommend to anyone. As somebody said before - thieves!!I have been with them for a while and then started not having connections very slow speed...etc... after so many calls to them I cancelled my contract, everything was supposed to be sorted and the last payment was supposed to be taken in May. They took money in June....
Waiting on line for 40 mins to speak to someone who said can`t help!
This company is a joke!!!!!
