Don’t bother. Really poor speed, drop connection quite often. They tell you a sync speed on their app ( like me telling you a can run 100m in 9.58 seconds ) we all know I can’t but I told you it’s true so it’s got to be !!!!
Got out of my contract in the 30 day get out period , thank god, don’t think I could cope with 18 months of a better upload speed than download!!! No joke this day and age.
About time something was done by the government about such poor speeds and promises . Roll on when I can get virgin in my area. Back to BT for now ( as long as they don’t start slowing me down again !! )

I switched yesterday. It went smoothly, absolutely no problems at all. As for the speed, I have gone for the lowest fibre option. Last night I streamed a film via Amazon prime and had no issues. I obviously can't comment on reliability yet, but so far I have the same service as my BT fibre for almost half the price.

The worst provider ever. Highly incompetent staff who tell you lies. Openreach think they are a joke. I was left without a broadband for 20 days. Will never use them again

when the service was finally up and running it is very good, but beware the switch process was full of problems which took 6 weeks to rectify only after I had to do all the chasing to get Vodafone to do as they had promised. customer service was absolutely pathetic, and we were continually lied to. I would recommend that you consider another service provider

I've switched broadband providers fairly often and have never had issues....until now.
Vodafone are quite safely the most incompetent provider (and probably ANY company in any field) I have ever dealt with. I didn't even get as far as getting a connection before cancelling.
The router provided didn't work....fair enough..that happens. A replacement was due to be sent within 5 WORKING DAYS....meanwhile the line had switched so I was offline. I thought at this point that 5 days was bad enough but worse was to come. On the 5th day I rang for an update and ETA....guess what? the router had not been ordered...."it will definitely be there in the next 3 days". On the third day I rang for and ETA....guess what?...it hadn't been ordered or sent.
10 days so far without internet....which, granted, is a first world problem but nonetheless, as I am self-employed and work from home caused a great deal of inconvenience. The compensation offer?...a month's free line rental.
Bye bye Vodafone....officially the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars otherwise I would.

I was tempted to switch from BT to Vodafone......what a mistake.
1. Continual internet drop outs making video and gaming playback impossible.
2. Can’t use range extenders with Vodafone router
3 can’t use 3rd party routers with Vodafone- this is critical if you have your own internal network or servers.
4. Can’t access our NASDRIVE remotely cos the Vodafone firewall prevents access.
We’ve gone back to BT. It might cost more but at least we e got connectivity.

AVOID!! I bought for both our properties and I'm sure dial up was better, it disconnects CONSTANTLY!! Don't even try streaming a film. Even ad advert buffers. Worst decision I ever made. Had technicians out, logged calls, its just horrendous. No resolution but they'll take my money thanks very much. Don't do it.

Have had broadband with EE, TalkTalk, Plusnet and then decided to upgrade to Fibre for the first time with Vodafone on an 18 month contract. Now I keep having an issue with poor connection with a service that is suppose to be fibre and more bandwidth than my previous broadband providers and being a single user as I live alone and sharing the connection with no one and yet I keep getting poor connection or no connection messages on device and streaming service despite sharing with no one. I find the service very slow and poor at odd times during the day, weekends and evenings for a fibre broadband service and can't wait for contract to end.

Avoid like leprosy. Broadband service cancelled in the first month as service was rubbish (connection stopped working every 2-3 minutes) in the first month I had to contact customer service around 10 times, they did not fix it. After I swapped broadband they kept charging me months. In the last 6 months I tried to get my money back. They promised me the refund in 5-10days and they always forgot to send the money. I have printed all the conversations so time to ask for legal help.
