Omy mother pays her bill every month with the post office of voice recording services. My mother is diabled and can not pay it any other way. I live with my mum over her diability which is bad. She had paid her bill 3 weeks ago as she does every month and its on her bank statement i pay for her vi her phone so i no this. And today we had a letter saying she is in debt with this by£105 which i no she is not as i rang the voice service to pay a £158 bill 3 weeks ago and always make sure its paid evety month. I make sure of that and it came up on her bank statement too. And always paid on time. Noy happy with this as now being threatnening to cut of our wifi and phone if we dont contact them asap.

lost connection a dozen times I will say it is a Rubbish do not buy it otherwise you will do your life s biggest mistake.

Ashamed to be fooled by this company for broadband. Nearly two weeks without Internet, lots of phone calls and still no further forward. Notes ain't read when phoning in so constantly repeated myself.

Literally the WORST EVER!!! don't waste your time going for it. The internet is dreadfully painfully slow. Literally takes me minutes just to load a page.

There is no internet after 12 am at all, not too good connection during the day. Extremely disappointed. Will have to move to another provider. Total waste of time and money.

Must be the worst company I ever used for BB in terms of service!! (& that's saying something as I used to be with talktalk who are diabolical).
Terrible speed, regular daily cut offs in service for lengthy periods at a time, and definitely not worth the money I've been paying. Their comms leave a lot to be desired too. Frankly, they should've been paying me to use them! I'm in the process of switching provider now, but would not recommend PO bband in the slightest - unless you want high blood pressure & constant frustration!
