    Avoid this company at all costs. Had nothing but issues between a 4 week delay getting the box activated due to constant faults on their side, terrible customer service, no offer of compensation, and now stuck in a contract with them that we can't get out of. Forgot to change our appointment time after saying it was changed, showed up 2 hours late, didn't come with the right equipment so had to delay, didn't contact us to tell us when they were coming back, refuse to give us an actual appointment time or consider the fact people have to work during the day and can't wait about for 6 hours, absolute disgrace and will be suggestive everyone avoid this broadband.

    We've recently switched from PlusNet to NOW Broadband and are very disappointed with the speed. Despite the fact that the speed is supposed to be a guaranteed minimum of 27.7 Mbps, ours is regularly less than 10 Mbps.

    Delays in going live of more than 1week in addition to the"usual"14days. Kept blaming BT lines as in all other reviews.BT and Nowbtroadband needs to pull their act together.This 14days+longer days is what makes UK the laughing stock of the world

    RUBBISH. Go live date 10sep is a lie,see all previous review from july to aug 21. All blamed on openreach.now told it will be extended from to 13sep because not working day,then further 3days. I urge ALL of you to file complaints,take to social media and to take legal action.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID, I am going to sue them.all the reviews from july 2021 till now was bad. 14days to go live,I waited for nothing. I have the router and the line, switching on should take only minutes in other first world countries but not UK,and with NOW,they are illegal cowboys.i suggest you buy at least 2different packages,and cancel the ones like NOW or SUE them.i am planning to take legal action

    I was promised broadband going live on day 14,by midnight,it changed to day 17. Why is NOW even allowed to do a "digital"business if they can't even do this basic"switching on.in Japan,Korea,even Brunei,it takes less than 1day,in UK 17days????what kind of 5th world country is this

    Broadband keeps dropping out. We have poor signals in all the other rooms. This replaced Vodafone and, although it's a bit quicker, it's not so reliable.

    Non existent customer service as they expect you to jump through hoops before you can possibly if you are lucky speak to anyone!

    They are absolutely atrocious so recommend avoid unless you are happy to have slow broadband and to spend ages trying to get to speak to an actual person to resolve any issues that might arise as web chat and emails are completely ignored as are the ratings they ask you to give when you have attempted but failed to contact them!

    Awful if anything goes wrong. The broadband speed is okay and everything was fine until we got an email saying that another provider had asked for our line so they were cancelling our account. We called up to say there has been a mistake, please don't cancel the line and the person said not to worry we will get that sorted. Heard nothing else at all until the end of the month and suddenly our broadband stops working. Call up and it turns out they haven't sorted it at all and the cancellation has gone through. That was fine and they put us through to the accounts to get sorted where we spoke to a extremely rude person who didn't even apologise, who argued that this wasn't there fault and there was nothing they could do to help. I would just have to open a new account with them and wait 10-14 days to get an engineer out and set up a new account. I was shocked at how awful the customer service was, my advice, just pay a bit more for a better company.

    Absolutely the worst broadband we have ever had. Keeps disconnecting for no reason and loading takes forever. Customer service is absolutely useless, cant even solve the problem. Had a new router sent to twice now and the problem still occurs every day. Avoid at all costs.

    Moved to Now Broadband a few weeks ago after having terrible service for 18 months from a different provider.
    The transfer was faultless. Router is lovely and quiet (unlike the one from previous provider). More importantly, our broadband connection never drops out, the speeds are good and it copes with our multiple devices.We are loving this service and it has made us realise how poor it was from our previous (big name) provider.

    There is no 0 satisfactation. I can not choose to give 0 star. Really **** provider. After the activation date, I have no internet and I had an appointment with the Engineer, and the Engineer does not come. I wait at home for the whole day. **** company!

    Ordered their broadband and phone service several weeks ago and given a date for telephone and broadband to go live. Had already cancelled my previous internet provider 4 weeks earlier. On the day my services were due to go live - nothing. No broadband and no phone line. As I had not received any communications from them informing me of any problems with the installation date, I was told that there was a problem with Openreach and that I would not be getting my phone and broadband service and that I had to ring their Sales team and place a new order. I was left with no phone and internet service for several weeks and had to go back and re-subscribe with my previous internet service provider. Don't waste your time with this company's very poor service. They are unprofessional, unreliable, poor communicators, and very much 'second rate' They also have not returned the £5 router fee that I paid them in advance = maladministration.

    I joined 1st July & am still waiting. I had 9 Open Reach engineers who kept coming to install inside, but there was a connection error so needed a dig outside to make my line Live. Plus 1st engineer signed the job as 'Done' hence my phone stopped and I was charged for 1st month though I not only had Nothing at all but they also lost the phone number I've had 50yrs! The NOW team told me "if you leave & rejoin we can change the Open Reach order" ... They lied! I left but they wouldnt let me rejoin due to 'Not having a live line'"?!! Talk about catch 22...You can't talk to Open Reach direct... You have to go via your provider... But I don't have a provider anymore!! Lack of communication with Open Reach and easiest way of getting rid of problem was by telling me to leave. I have had the fix outside but there is now another fault lower down the street but that won't get fixed cos I don't have a provider. No provider will take me on as "I don't have a Live line" I want to scream now. Both NOW & Open Reach are to blame... Ombudsman here I come!! Newspapers too!!

    Terrible service. After 6 weeks we still haven't got broadband even though open reach had the line connected straight away. I've spoken to numerous people on the phone and it was only the last person I spoke to who spotted the problem. I can only assume the other are either badly trained or just incompetent. I cancelled and have now signed up with Virgin. Absolute waste of time, wouldn't go near them as a broadband provider

    NOW TV failed to turn up to install the Broadband, only to let me know they would not make the appointment after the appointment time.

    I have since cancelled the order, but I am now struggling to get a refund. Initially I was told they could not refund my credit and and had to send a cheque, which has never arrived. All of my follow up Emails have been ignored.

    I have now had to get the credit card company involved, to process the refund.

    avoid them, I was scammed by over £200, very poor customer service and their telephony staff yelled at me at two ocassions. I booked a broadband installation with NowTV, waited for a month, engineers came over and said that there is no line they can use so they can't connect and advised to get different provider i.e virgin, as there was virgin line. They assured me that I don't need to do anything and they will let billings team now and my account will be cancelled and installation fee refunded. They never cancelled my account and kept charging my card every month without any authorisation, I've cancelled direct debit straight away and they still kept charging my card, becauise they had card details. I've called to log a complaint, telephony guy said that their company has no complaints department whatsoever so it's impossible. I asked him why their website has whole complaints page and ability to log a written complaint? They said i'm making this up as they don't deal with complaints at all.. Assured me that broadband is cancelled. TWo months later I am still being charged.. No standing orders or direct debit, they are making unauthorised charges to my card directly because they have the details.. I have logged a complaint on their website, it promised 3 weeks response-resolution. 2 months later, no response. I called their telephony to cancel again, just to get yelled at by a girl, saying that i should stop making up the complaint story, as they dont have complaints team and there is nowhere to log a complaint, and that my services are fully active lol

    Worst company ever, avoid! Seems like if you get any issues they will never resolve them.

    My wifi didn't go on fir the first day when it was supposed to go on so i called the customer service and they quickly pass me on to relevant team and send an engineer in a day. The engineer work very hard for hours to fix the problem and in the end he manages to produce a very satisfying result.

    I've had them for two and a half years and it's been the most reliable broadband service I've used. I've had to restart the router six times or so in this period and that's pretty much it. Not straight-forward to find the contact phone number but this is similar with everyone these days.
    I'm sorry that they don't offer service where I'm moving.

    The service was fine, the router they provide is absolutely shocking.
    Terrible Wifi and would constantly need to restart the router.
    BT/EE router is considerably better.

    Can’t get signal in next room 3 metres away.
    Signal sometimes goes slow/ buffers, in same room as router. This is fibre broadband.
    Customer service keep repeating it must be the ‘environment’! won’t accept it is the type of router. Even though I have explained over and over again, I have NEVER had this problem with other broadband services.

    Absolutely shocking. Don't waste your time or money. After over two months of trying to get Now Broadband set up I have given up. In total I was given 9 different instalation dates, the only one of these which wasn't cancelled, moved or just didn't get booked correctly I sat at home all day and the engineer didn't turn up. They seemed absolutely incapable of booking an appointment for me, I would be told I had a date then 2 days later they would ring me and ask for three dates, invariably about a week after my original date, then they would say the first one hadn't gone through. After hearing 'I can only apologise' for the 100th time I realised that was literally all they could do and gave up.

    I am not even connected to now Broadband yet and they can't explain why the order is not being completed,I ordered on the 8th of july 2021 and they took over my line on the 26th but i still have no hub or start date, when i tried to cancel the order they said they need 72 hours and have to pass it over to a manager to confirm the cancellation??? This is a worse company than Italk avoid at all cost.

    ***AVOID AVOID AVOID*** after waiting over a month with no updates, the company eventually told me that the order had been cancelled by mistake. They said I had to re-apply....(Not Likely). The staff are all on a work experience from a primary school. they are thick, rude, unprofessional, non empathetic, and totally useless. (They all seem to be based in Ireland! Make of that what you wish.) They quote data protection, and won't tell you who they are, they really don't understand life because they have no life experience. Pay peanuts, get monkeys!The negative feedback and comments on this site tell the truth. In fact they will not be around soon they are so bad, Virgin is much better, are they are also useless so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ***AVOID AVOID AVOID***

    OMG....Do not waste your time with these cowboys. Waited over 1 month for connection, then they cancelled order due to a technical error. More like a thick member of their team from Northern Ireland who refused to give their name or team due to data protection. This was not a data protection issue, just rudeness and thickness from the thick female. Believe me these cowboys won't be in the broadband business for much longer. They are rubbish, even Virgin are better, are they are really bad !. Eventually they terminated the call because they had no where else to go......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Absolutely awful been waiting for broadband for two months and I’ve had several issues with open reach engineer which always comes down to bad communication from nowtv side! Avoid at all costs it isn’t worth it. Pay a bit more and go for someone reputable

    Absolute RUBBISH! COMPLETE RIP-OFF. The past half a year it's been dreadful. Keeps dropping and disconnecting over 20 times a day even though it's only being used on a single device at a time to just do general light browsing. Last time I did a speed check the download speed was 2.62 and the upload speed was 0.48! For approx £20 a month that is the biggest ripoff! Honestly do not bother. Thankfully, it was only a 12 month contract and I'll be switching to a different provider by the end of this month.

    I had standard broadband and ordered an upgrade to fibre. The transfer date was postponed at least twice over a week or so, then on the final date I was told I would be transferred to Broadband, Now cut off my existing Broadband and didn't set up my fibre. I called to query and was told there was a fault on my line. However, they weren't sure why they cut off my broadband. Having googled this, it's sharp practice which they use to avoid paying Openreach for 2 open lines -even if they can't fulfil their contract. I've since made numerous calls and have been told the Openreach were instructed on Saturday..it's now Wednesday. Apparently, they may contact me today or tomorrow to tell me that it might take a further 2 or 3 days to get an engineer out. My wife and I work at home and rely on the internet. Nobody at Now will chase Openreach or have any idea what is happening. It's a complete joke and I think fraudulent behaviour.

    It's terrible. Just switched to Now broadband and it's absolutely awful. Really annoyed. Was with TalkTalk, which was great. Now is the absolute pits. Avoid at all costs.

    the speed is variaable and most of the time is dead i had them before when they used to be sky i wonder why i had them again thniking they might have improve with changing there name from sky to now its sooooooooo anoying my kids cant do online home work i cant do my daily task online only some time of the day lets say one hour or so it become ok then drops the signall very very very poor service not worth penny

    There is problems constantly it can work and then suddenly speed I'm getting us 0.56mb/s and then back again to 70. I've been told by two ppl at now tv that the routers they provide are old and unable to maintain the speed they promise but when trying to raise with someone to get a better router the managers insists that the information is not correct.

    Switched to these as had NowTV account and comparison website suggested that they would be faster than ordinary broadband. What a mistake, had issues with data protection, shocking customer service and highly unstable broadband and router. NEVER GO BACK

    Now broadband is absolutely the pits, I've had fibre 80/20 with BT, TalkTalk and EE, not an issue with any of those providers, speeds were constant 76 down and 19 up, however, after moving to Now broadband fibre, they have locked my speed to 53 down and 19 up, customer service does answer when you send a message but they can't help.
    My advice is, don't bother with this provider.

    Awful. Gave it a chance and got BB +The Tv package for 18.99 a month. Awful constant buffering. Losing connection. At one point nearly everyday. When I called they said I only have copper wire I really need to upgrade to fiber as the package I'm on is only really for reading the news online and surfing and I'm only getting 11mbps! I was laughing at this point, and pointed out that they had sold me it with NOWTV CHANNELS lol. I swear ridiculous. I think I was more annoyed that they treated me like I was stupid. Now I'm paying £24 a month and to be honest its not much better, they said id be getting 40mbps plus.I am doubtful. Thinking of cancelling as I'm tied in for another year now apparently!

    Now broadband is just AWFUL. You can use one device as long as you are beside the router. I live in a city centre and this is the best I could get. They have the gall to jack up the price by 50% after a year. Astonishing! I literally couldn’t get a signal in my bedroom which is 8 feet from the router. Don’t buy this. Fair warning.

    Signed up gave my current provider 14 days notice.
    Plenty of e mails but no action router was charged for but not arrived, on day of change over b band disconnected, I contacted them and I had failed at the first hurdle but they did not know why. They really did not have a clue on what they were talking about . All I could do was reapply for an account and that would take 14 days
    Went back to my old supplier(plusnet) who were very helpful gave me a good deal and would rush everything through.
    Basically do not use Now is my opinion.
