Quite simply the worst broadband provider I have had in 20 years, and that is comparing to services that were operating 20 years ago. Constant multiple drops per day - no internet. Get disconnected from Teams/Zoom calls, can't watch TV since it is all network stuff these days. This is 2021 people, I feel like I live in the dark ages with EE as my provider. I actually think I could do a better job. And before you ask, it is not my cables in the house, I have had them checked and EE sent an engineer to sort it and they couldn't find the problem. I have switched routers and the problem remains. I didn't have these problems in this house with either BT or Sky Broadband although I wouldn't recommend Sky either. Just simply useless and I'm not sure how they can hold me to my contract when they are not providing what they promised - reliable speeds that don't drop out every day.

EE is a terrible firm, they respond to no customer service requests and do not do what they agree to in person. They make me embarressed to be British

EE Broadband is awful I have had non stop issues with it since I got it 11 months ago and cannot wait to leave, Also like to add that the customer service I have received has been well and truly disgusting and when my phone contract is up I will be leaving them for sure.

OMG!!!
I have cancelled my custom with them and happily paid the disconnection fee. The service and reliability was so poor I got fed up with calling them on a near to everyday basis.
I truly hope others see this review and not make the same mistake as I did. The Sales execs tell you the line will become stabilised but doesn't. Pure and utter filthy lies.

AVOID!!!
I almost made the mistake of switching to this clueless provider who cannot even get their activation dates or order processing right. Thanks to EE I am now without broadband or phone service. When I contacted them their excuse of a customer service team leader did nothing but aggravate the situation further. I wish I had read their reviews before even thinking of joining them. I have complained to Ofcom and will not be touching these EE jokers with a 10 foot pole!

Absolutely rubbish...connection is non-existent after 10pm. Spoken to EE on 4 occasions in 2 months. Engineer visited and it didn't last a week before l needed to phone again.Going to swop providers..they're not even cheap.

Worst broadband ever. Works for two hours of the day then that's it. Would definitely not recommend to anyone ever. Waste of money and time. Had 3 engineers out and still nothing has changed, in fact it got worse. Just as bad as the mobile service.

Very satisfied now after upgrading to ee fibre broadband from ordinary broadband connection they provide.
Fibre is brilliant giving 38 mbs as promised.
Ordinary broadband was just 4 mbs although it said it will be around 7 mb.
But all sorted now and getting a good deal.
My contract was just 6 months old and they still allowed me to upgrade to fibre without any extra charges.

Internet was terribly slow during the first few months. After the 12 month contract we decided to end the contract because we were moving out. Customer service told us that we had to pay an cancellation fee of £29. Unacceptable. We didn't sign up for this. If we knew this from the start, we'd steer clear away from this company. never using it again. I hope others don't too.
