    Mostly very happy with UW. Our Broadband speed is diabolical, but so is everyone's around here, reliability is not so hot either. Website is a bit annoying, very often have to put my password in several times before getting through. I dont compare prices, but depend on UW to keep them as low as possible, and I think they do. I get all my utilities from them and am very happy at the present time.

    I don't know why but twice a year the phone line gets noisy and the broadband becomes painfully slow. Sometime they send technicians from BT to fix this other times they can fix it from the street distribution boxes.
    Overall the broadband connections is very slow anyway with download speed of about 8Mbps and upload speed of about 0.5Mbps. Last time I checked we were in 2017... not 2005.

    My broadband experience has been shocking.ive had to chase up utility warehouse over the past 6 weeks to get the line installed. I had to chase up the router several times.staff were rude and unhelpful. The broadband is really slow.i wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

    Broadband speed is very good & the other services I use are excellent. I have a Double Gold tariff which saves me money and I have always had great service when I need help or advice.

    Impressive service. Haven't felt the need to go to Fibre broadband yet - the speed they have is fine for my usage (family of 4, daily usage, occasional streaming and gaming).

    My service is poor and my mobile reception is terrible.
    I could not even finish my call to customer service as the man on phone just took some notes. Told him am getting my phone missed calls two days later!!!
    Am always missing mobile calls as it hardly ever connects and when it does connect it ends before I have finished talking.....

    Often have to re-set the router as the red light appears on the Internet connection.Recently had a problem with the phone and broadband. It was dealt with promptly when I notified Utility Warehouse. No complaints with their service and attention. Good company to be with.

    Useless customer service. Painfully slow to get anything sorted out. Seems it's still the 1970's with this company. Avoid!

    Started off ok with broadband speed and it has been so slow now for a long time and the answer is always going through the same process of switching off this that and the other made no difference and we now have a speed of 0.59 which is ridiculous, never had a problem with Zen and their speed was always good. We live in a town with good speeds! Need to move now.

    Service at the beginning and change over went fine but then the cracks appear.............. Started having issues with broadband and after 2 visits from an engineer they still couldnt fix it so we we considered going onto fibre broadband if it could be agreed that the switchover charge could be removed as they could fix our normal broadband which was more than adequete for our needs/use. Along with this we had a few queries on a bill which we had been overcharged, the staff member we dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful.

    When signed up we were not told you get charged for the cashback card each month nor that there was a charge when you topped up or that there was a minimum amount that you were able to put on.
    Along with this we were not aware that although they say no contract or exits fees well there are! £30 for broadband and £25 for each electricity and gas. So watch out.

    After cancelling with this company as we agreed to pay all the exit fees to get out, we had received and paid our final bill or what we thought was our final bill. Then they kept coming even being told by numerous staff members that the account was closed and clear so cancel your direct debit. Low and be hold we were getting bills and messages saying your account was overdue etc. So they ended listening to the previous call to confirm we had been told this. Low and behold yes that's fine all paid and clear and closed. 2 weeks later yes you can guess we got another bill. And so it goes on.....

    The logic behind the whole 1 bill thing is great and they were a little cheaper but they're useless when there are issues.

    I moved over from BT for price and have found fibre broadband to be excellent. Have been a customer for almost a year now and I have a busy home with teenage boys on xbox and netflix etc and we never have a problem. Wonderful

    Connection is rubbish. I cannot even do the speed test because it times out. Waste of money. I am leaving this as soon as possible. Anyone reading this I suggest NEVER join this company. Absolute Scam!

    was on the phone for 3/4 of an hour, using my Mobil,
    Just needed them to test how fast my internet was.
    chatting and asking questions only to be told they cannot check at the moment as the machine had broken down, could I ring back tomorrow.
    Hopefully it. will be up and running then, forget it I`m switching.

    Appalling service currently. 0.1 Mb Varias between 0.8Mb at best to nothing! If I lived on the top of a mountain it would be understandable but I am just 4 miles away from a major town in Powys. BT have installed a pole opposite my house with cables already for Fibre-optic broadband but will not connect until July 2017! Broadband is worse now than the old system !

    I used to be with TalkTalk and that was good. I changed because I thought it was a better deal. I know it's early days, but I expected more from them. I run a desk top and a lap top, the desk top was ok, but the laptop was very slow. Whereas with TalkTalk, it was as fast as the desktop. I may have shot myself in the foot.

    Really good, always English call centre. Bit more expensive though + on the outset they said it would be anytime calls - 2 months into the contract they withdrew this offer and said we would have to pay compensation if we left. Cant fault the rest of the package though - just not as cheap as they make out.

    I have just found a company that has a uk call centre & they answer the phone so quickly too ! they are called the Utility Warehouse & I can also get further reduction on my bills by referring friends & family on top of that I get discount off my bill with a list of their well known retail partners at last hurray
