I am out of contract but Pop Telecom keep blocking my transfer to BT by telling BT I wish to remain with Pop which is false (and probably against the law)They have done this twice now so I am reporting them to OFCOM. they also charge £50 to terminate even when you are out of contract. KEEP CLEAR.

Save yourself the hassle and RUN AWAY NOW!!! Communication is terrible, (even advertise some customer service phone numbers that don't even exist) didn't even bother to send out a contract I apparently renewed earlier this year although i have no memory of this. Also the FREE broadband they are advertising costs more(overall) than when I paid for it. Nearly all providers are cheaper than them these days anyway, so just go now, there is no possible reason to use them.
Don't consider this company, just find someone else and run away.
