I have been with the Phone coop for over a year now - good customer service and easy to transfer my existing number. Broadband speed seems fine but I was expecting to notice the change to superfast and it is not that different to previous non superfast connection.

Under no circumstances would I recommend these people. Can’t complete any basic tasks, never available to talk, always passing you onto someone else, keeping you on hold and then turns out they haven’t done what they said they have. You have been warned. Avoid. Choose anyone else. We went with Plusnet. Reading some of the other positive reviews here they’re clearly faked. It’s like stepping back in time in terms of Broadband service - which is not a good thing. Think old school BT incompetence and service levels. Avoid like the plague.

The least worst provider I have used and would have stayed with them if I wasn't on such a tight budget. Not the cheapest provider by any means bit if you can afford a few pounds extra the service is the key. Small operator with well treated staff in a UK office. As a Coop you can join for £1 and then received dividend on your spend. Use an Affinity link to join and 6% of Call Spend goes to Charity of choice. It's a Price vs Service trade off. Not eberyone can afford a few extra quid but if you can try them.

Cannot send multiple emails to more than 30 addresses at a time. Annoying as a volunteer with an organization of over 200 members. When i complained, operator was dismissive!

Great service for five years now. Not the cheapest, but very reasonably priced. Download speed between 12-14 Mbps at all times with unbundled ADSL2 line - plenty fast enough for HD streaming and Freeview/Freesat services. Have never noticed any down-time. When I (rarely) had a query the response was quick and helpful from their UK call centre. What more can you ask of a telecomms provider?

Can’t complain speed very good on super fast. Customer service great , i have been with them since they started and looked at other packages but honestly why bother as they are good value for money. Yes over the years things have gone wrong but problems sorted out efficiently and effectively.

Excellent company who treat both customers and staff well. My costs unchanged since I joined in *2016*. Non-fibre broadband + anytime calls + line rental (12 months up front) for £25.50 a month - beat that! (I see it's about £2 more for new customers).

Used for 10 years -the only ethical provider. A co-op where staff are treated well, customers are members and they don't do greenwash but work to reduce impact on environment.
Well trained and knowledgable staff always helpful and resolve any issues intelligently and speedily. Worth a few extra pounds a month.
