    i am fuming with talk talk i have been with them for two weeks non of the services they provide work and now i want to cancel they want £182 cancellation fee!! THEY ARE JOKE!!!!

    False advertising rude slow internet keep adding more money for thing as such as engeneer sent out and advised me that I would be payin for it there for it down to cou but there not good either ring 4 to 5 time a day leavong messages and no respons back reqly upset with them it not worth our my and stress so plz dont be fooled to go with them

    Awful from the start. Messed up my installation and actually cancelled it instead of changing the date leaving me without internet for months.
    Connection speed of only 3mb yesterday!!
    Ive paid got a kids boost tv package and havent recieved any working kids channels for 2 years. Also paying more than any of their advertised plans and getting hardly anything for it!
    Dont get TalkTalk! Worst choice i made for internet providers

    AVOID Talktalk. The worst company i have ever joined. I feel tricked into joining and have wanted to leave from the moment i joined. the tv package is so bad i have given up with it and joined sky. stuck with there slow useless internet. They charge you hundreds to leave. i am trying to leave as i have to move. They wont let me unless i pay £200+. They never made it clear it was 18 month contract has been 9 months. I said if i have to pay for it i might as well move it with us. The crazy man then told me if i move it will start a new 18 month contract. so now trapped my choices pay £200+ to leave or be stuck with this terrible service for another 18 months. customer service is a joke. When you join you talk to a British person who convinces you your getting a great deal (YOUR NOT!!!) then when you realize how terrible it is and you need help with something or just want out you get put through to someone (don't want to sound racist) who you cant understand or cant understand you. They always have excuses and are useless. they but up prices sneakily and internet cuts out. The tv package is also a joke.

    The most awful customer service. They talk to you like s**t they patronise you and they also never communicate with you. I lost my service for almost a month. At no point did they contact me to give me timescales or updates. I spent hours on the phone and on the chat. Appalling service.

    Absolutely the worst service provider on earth!!
    I pay far too much money for a service that occasionally works.
    I have complained numerous times and been fobbed off.
    You lie to your customers, you rent fibre off BT then but too many people on the cable which is why the broadband is awful and cuts out during peak times.
    Ive been asked to unscrew wall panels to check because you will not send an engineer out... not a talktalk engineer ( they do not exist )
    All i want is the service i pay for to bloody work.
    Sort it out or find yourself on watchdog...again!

    There is no option to give zero stars.

    Absolutely joke of an organisation, atrocious “internet” if you can even call it that.

    Every time you phone up and wait for hours you have employees who put the phone down on you.

    Absolute joke, these people are beyond incompetent, as an internet service and as people in general.

    As if you pay money to get internet that doesn’t work and then contact them to put the phone down on you every time after you wait for hours.

    STAY FAR AWAY.

    Absolutely rubbish!!! Had no tv for over a month and was told I would be compensated for my troubles.. after 2 engineers 2 routers and lots of frustrating phone calls I was compensated £20! When trying to cancel my contract I was told I'd have to pay £160! What aload of s#@*!!!
    I would never advise anyone to go to talk talk!

    i was with Sky before but now with talktalk for 12 months because Sky is too expensive. However the second talktalk broadband got installed i kept losing connection and for people that like to play Fifa is a huge problem because when you disconnect you get a loss. also the internet speed is very slow. im paying for 8mb but getting 1mb so im very annoyed. also costumer service is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid talktalk even when the price is very cheap.

    For £40 a month I was getting 10mps download speed and 600kps upload speed. Overpriced and the most unreliable network. When you phone up your on the phone for at least an hour.
    I'm with sky super fast now £30 a month with 100mps download and 10mps upload.

    I rang up to ask about broadband offers and the gentleman I spoke to was so patronising! He insisted I give him my bank details, when all i wanted was to talk about prices. He just wouldn't take no for an answer and when I got fed up and put the phone down he kept ringing me! I felt like I was being harassed. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve subscribed to talk talk this January.
    Ever since, my internet speed dropped and it makes almost impossible video calls or regular streaming.
    Spent well over 2hours, wasted time, chatting with customer service, running tests and the conclusion was I have to pay for an engineer to come over and check the issue or pay if I brake the contract...
    Disgusting..I don’t recommend this company at all!

    Absolutely appalling. I use TalkTalk for both home and business. For the past month internet has been out constantly at home and intermittent at work. Phone call, after phone call, hours spent on the phone going through their 'testing' process. Still no internet. It's always been poor but for the last month has been totally unavailable constantly. TalkTalk do nothing to follow you up and see if things are improved and frankly they just don't appear to care. 1 star if far too high a rating but I have to click something.

    It can't get worst then this. Got to prepare myself for exams and no Internet....on no correction it's shows that it's connected but the speed is soooo slow that it doesn't open any of Web pages...was told to wait for 10 days ....to improve the speed what a joke . .don't really understand what is it exactly I pay for....oh I guess a wage for all those usless people on the phone ....feeling so angry and powerless....

    My Internet is always going off. When I have phoned to complain tell me I would be better with a fiber optic? I should get a reliable service without having to pay more. Not bothered ringing this time looking at new package with other providers totally fed up with losing connection almost daily now

    Probably one of the worst companies i have dealt with, £50.00 charge for how to on installation ,engineer here no more than 10 mins 18 month contract absolute waste of money broadband has never worked from installation/ tv service useless unable to use had to be reset, every time i use , hidden charges not explained . I am a pensioner and found the whole experience appalling hard to deal with customer service of no help any contact was made by email only now after 18 mths have i received a return call when i requested cancellation AVOID THIS COMPANY

    I have had a problem using only 2 items I've laptop and now tv all I get is buffering and a its very slow to open games so can only use 1 device st a time. Phoned up to ask how much to cancel the contract I was told amount the man I spoke to was not really interested he told me how much but didn't even ask why I wanted to cancel the contract so I ask him about the buffering he said he could increase my mgbts for £50.00 but he would do it for £25.00. Basically he was not interested in my call at all should have spoke to a brick wall would have got a better response

    Had very bad speeds after 4 engineers and 2 new routers now even worse. Service center are useless. Promised so many call backs from managers but they dont call. After 9 years with this company now leaving. They think they're going to charge me for ending contract. I don't think so. Been on the phone about this another wasted call. How they keep any customers I dont know. Very bad all round service. Looking forward to getting service where I'm going and cheaper.

    I have just switched to talk talk and I have to say I have received excellent service from the beginning of my contract Nothing has been to much trouble staff have been helpful and provided clear information when I have needed it. Thank you for making my switch so easy

    The broadband is very unreliable.. I often work from home and it cuts off unexpectedly. Then I have to restart the wi-fi and wait for at least 15mins after the problem gets resolved. Over the last few weeks it did not work at all in some of the evenings. On top of that is not that cheap, I think I will look for other options.

    I've subscribe talk talk specially because they have a nice boost for international calls, the internet is not great at all. But so far I didn't have my phone working and if in one month i'll not be able to call I'll make a complaint and finish the contract.

    mis sold a contract while moving house, never received any paperwork to sign, the speed in my new house was very low and I was told fibre would speed it up, for the last 2 days I have had no phone line and the engineer who came out today said that my fibre hadn't been installed properly and that I hadn't been receiving fibre at all, I had been paying for it for months, told them there was no improvement to my speed and they blamed me, turns out it was their fault after all and even worse the engineer they sent out today has no idea about fibre broadband so he has no idea if it was the wires that was the problem, I have been told that to get out of my contract I have to pay nearly £300 (changes every time I phone) which includes my youview box which keeps freezing and turning itself off, customer service is an absolute joke, their best line is "i understand..." say what they have to just to keep you, I am off to trading standards on Monday as I have been paying for a service that I haven't been receiving so in my opinion that should make the contract (that I never signed) null and void. Can't wait to get away from talktalk had nothing but hassle for nearly a year in my new house. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    i was fine with talk talk, until i decided to change provider from them, constant phone calls and harrassement, phone disconected and all calls went to talk talk account details shared without my permission, and all this at a time when i was recieving treatment for cancer and did not need the hastle, would never return to talktalk,

    Rubbish. Don't go anywhere near. Took a month to get a router even though they told us three times it had been posted and it hadn't. Customer service extremely bad. Speed very slow. Throws me off quite regularly. They have told me it's because the waves can't get through the brickwork of my bungalow. Connection drops regularly a couple of times a week at the same time causing the internet to cut out and any tv programmes I am streaming in at the time freeze. They tell me it's because of the weather. I have never heard such rubbish. As a new customer of three months I would expect them to try to resolve things far better.

    I have been with talk talk for 19 years, and would not think of leaving them. Today, I had a technical problem. I spoke to a young man in South Africa his name was Siphmandla. He was so helpful, and sorted out my very complicated problem. I wish there was some way I could get through to his department. He was friendly, efficient, and certainly knew what he was doing. I have spoken to many such people within the talk talk organisation, but this one really excelled. Thank you.

    Absolutely dreadful broadband and telephone provider. Broadband was totally unreliable, connection was rubbish and the router was outdated. When I first took the contract with talk talk, it was the cheapest around but recently I have found cheaper and better service with Sky. I didn't have a direct debit set up with talk talk because of a banking issue and I was charged an extra £14 a month because of this (£10 'admin charge' and £4 non-direct debit payment charge), this is an extortionate sum which was more than half of the price of my package. Internet connection was poor and would go on and off.

    After being a member of TalkTalk for over 20 years and actually quite happy with their broadband service only to find out that they have been over charging me for years!

    Recently, an incident happened where the gardener accidentally cut our phone / WiFi line. One would have thought this was bad luck but in hindsight its a blessing since it has brought to light the awful customer services that TalkTalk has and how they don't actually look after their existing customers. Any reputable and good company would see their customers as an asset and work for their well-being but not TalkTalk - this company is just here to rip you off.

    I am actually loathed to giving any stars above - but without giving 1 stars I can't submit this form!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

    One word for TalkTalk broadband, "PATHETIC"!.

    People who are deciding on TalkTalk services, beware. Its the most unreliable broadband service that I have ever used. Most of the times (particularly when one needs it badly) the speed mysteriously falls below 3 MBPS. If you have a smart TV with streaming functionality, just forget it. You will be presented with the nasty buffering icon. Customer care is pathetic as well. Most of the TalkTalk technical help and speed issues, the customer cannot send a mail! It has a chat functionality, but Alas! most of the time agents are not available.

    Most unreliable service people. Stay away! I am trying to leave, but damn!, no customer care representative to talk to!

    Avoid talk talk. DO NOT hire talk talk. After a long set up wait and an engineer visit, internet was not working. Then had to wait for 3 extra weeks for a talktalk engineer appointment. He didn't fix the issue, and had to wait 2 extra weeks for another engineer who allegedly fixed the line, but still no service. After more than two months with not trace of service, I tried to cancel. This was even worse. They made me repeat my story over and over, having unbelievable excuses to postpone my cancellation. I have been told that I had been cancelled 3 times already, but bills still keep arriving. They look for reasons to charge you wherever they can, whether you are getting the service or not is out of the question. Don't trust what customer service says either. After 8+ hours at the phone, I can tell you, DO NOT HIRE TALK TALK.

    Absolutely disgusting and I am not even a customer second day if singing up I asked to cancel due to reviews and call with customer service they try to manipulate me sending me to loyalty team they got a million excuses as to why contract can’t be cancelled until it got to 14 days and then they say it’s cancelles but oh yeh final bill to pay LOL Talk Talk got the wrong customer I am not paying the bill they can take me to court be AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT TRUST THEM ITS BETTER YOU GO ELSEWHERE!

    Dean burdon customer service manager is a major asset to the business.
