Purebroadband have been offering an alternative to the incumbent supplier for years now and have made a good job of it too. The staff are friendly human beings instead of robots on scripts. They are knowledgable and understanding in all aspects of customer service.

Been connected for a week now and my connection has been rock solid. I've been cheking my upload/download speeds every day and it's been spot on (200Mbps down / 200Mbps up, 7ms ping) I'm made up with it. Thank you purebroadband for a fantastic service.

Been with them for nearly 3 years, had my one and only connection issue today. Called them, Paul was immense. Like a proper chap he took the time to fix the issue, put up with my screaming children and back up and running. Hopefully another 3 years without an issue. Highly recommend the service and shoit out to my main man Paul

Very expensive compared to almost every other provider. Customer support is almost non-existent, I requested a call back multiple times, but never got one. Poor communication regarding downtime required for maintenance.

I’ve been with Pure broadband for about 3 yrs and was completely satisfied till about 2 months ago. I have had no connection, working too slow to do anything. I ring and they reboot, then I’m back up again. I’m doing this about 3/4 times a week now. I’ve asked what the problem is but I’ve not had an answer. Not a happy customer anymore

Four weeks my internet is very poor. I called them four times and sent one message asking for help. After the fourth time, he sent someone to help me.But still have to wait to 3 january,at the moment paying for nothing!

around month or two now (September 2023) connection is horrendous. Speed is less than half promised, on good day there are minor issues with multiple devices trying to connect, on normal day speed is so so, on the bad day (2/7 days) short disconnecting every 1 or 2 minutes. Impossible to play online games which requires fast inputs like mmorpgs or shooters. Ping goes to toilet.
Customer service are very nice and polite. Only if you would get call back as they promised (if the issue is bit more complicated it can take days to be resolved)
Still I believe they do what they can, issues must be with new technology they implemented or something of the kind who knows...(Iam shooting blind).
It started so beautiful with Pure Broadband..they was only viable option and safe line from KC monopol internet prices mafia xD But think it's time to look for a different road.
(I heard they get under Connexion recently and it can be the source of trouble as they need to change a lot probably, But it can be just wrong guess or fault information what I have)
Sorry for lot of speculations and rumors, but first paragraph and info about costumer service are very nice and polite is definitely what I stand for.
Hope it get sorted sooner than I switch. Either way...god speed

3 months ago change the person paying via direct debit, did this 3 times. Stopped taking payments from the original payee didn’t try to take payment for the new payee, no contact except a message from a couple of random numbers about bill. Was not paid because didn’t see the messages, paid all outstanding after internet was turned off and realised ( turned off on a Sunday) no way of contacting to sort it out. Found out a day later account has ceased due to none payment, found this out after an hour and a half on the live chat should have been informed of this first when got into contact with them. Will never use again advise other people to avoid at all costs

2 yrs ago was a great service but over last 6 months service appalling, no decent connection for over a month, then last 21 days none at all, exuse after exuse, unable to give a day when connection back which for someone working from home is totally unacceptable. Had no choice but to go back to kcom

Without question the worst internet service I have ever had! I have experienced issues over the WiFi for several months. I have called customer services countless times, each time speaking to someone different who has a different reason for the problems, fiddles with the settings remotely, and nothing ever fixes it. Their best advice is that my WiFi devices should be located within 3 metres of the router!! (even though the problem still occurs standing next to the router!). I have been waiting for a response since 10am this morning (9 hrs). I have wasted too much time and effort - I will be cancelling my contract for failure to provide services.

this company violates the service level agreement, isn't able to provide the service they promised on the contract. They are supposed to provide 70% compensation to affected users, which is paid by OFNL, but they didn't do it unless you chase them repeatedly, some people never get the compensation they deserved. For all affected customers, let's report them to Ombudsman, our development is doing it already, you should do it too so evil company such as this can't operate in such an fradulant manner.

Cant give a zero only with them 6 months non stop problems since day 1 waste of money customer services claim there going to do sothing to improve signal yet nothing changes, if u want more then kb in download speed I'd go to kc , wouldnt use this internet company again rather pay more for kc

Awful customer service. Called on Friday to get a get a quote for broadband and was told they couldn’t offer me a quote without calling KC to see if they could provide fibre optic in my area and they would contact them and get back to us ASAP as they currently had an offer on of free installation if ordered before Saturday. Did not receive a call back so called again a few hours later to be told that they have now emailed KC and will get back to me on sat between the hours of 9-1 to confirm. This was stressed to me that I would get a call back as it was the last day now the deal. I did NOT receive a call back so called AGAIN on Monday morning to be told that we are able to get fibre optic broadband but now the free instal deal has passed and I would have to pay for it. After explained that I was offered 2 call backs to try and get this set up before the offer ended they still refused to waive the install fee. No apology given just told there was nothing they could do. I will now be buying my internet direct from KC regardless of the price. Awful customer service. Be warned.
