Terrible Speed. Terrible customer service. I was given instructions to try and test several channels on my router which would take over 3 hours to complete. Can't do this though because the site won't recognise my login details. Awful company . AVOID!

Where do I start. I was meant to go live on the 30 August, and it’s now the 1 December and still my account isn’t live. I’ve had 4 engineer appointments scheduled and 4 times no one turned up, without a phone call or text message saying they couldn’t come. The customer service team is beyond inept. It infuriates me how useless and incompetent they appear to be, I’m just amazed at how such a big company appears to be so amateur.
Please shop elsewhere. There are other providers that will charge slightly more but atleast it’s a better service. Definitely a lesson to not go for the cheapest option. I will definitely be switching my provider when the year is up.

The service provided was generally very good until the contract came to an end...then the problems began. We moved to a new provider who were faster and cheaper but discovered Now Broadband were still charging us despite us emailing them to cancel the standing order. It's almost impossible to speak to a human and their chat bot is designed to drive you insane. Finally we spoke to a very rude customer service guy who said it's their policy to not read emails and they will only take cancelations of contracts on the phone (which they don't answer). Although we had cancelled our standing order they still managed to take money from us and now we are having to make a small claims court application to get our £100+ back. Do not use this company!

What everyone else said. Customer service is pitiful. An endless loop of menus leading to the wrong computerised answer and eventually a rude and unhelpful human. Very much looking forward to the end of my contract.

Unfortunately you can't leave zero stars for a rating which is a shame as this company is the WORST company I've ever had to deal with, paying nearly £30 a month for WiFi which won't even work in the room next door to the modem! Rude and unorganized staff who have prematurely cut off what terrible WiFi we have left since we notified them that we would be swapping providers! I would warn anyone to stay well clear of NOW TV for any services, save your money time and frustration as I wish I had done when attempting to deal with these fumbling fools!

Signed up for broadband and waited 2 weeks for activation date only for broadband not to work. Was then advised an engineer was coming the next available day to fix the issue (which was 5 days later) and waited all day and nobody came. Spoke on the phone with customer service and advised that it will be another 72 hours atleast until it can be looked at. Would definitely recommend using any other service

The worst company ever. Do not go with them. I contract now broadband on the 6th november and till now haven´t recieve an answer, still waiting for the device and everything. Don´t waste your time with them.
