After researching a number of broadband providers and reading various reviews I ended up going with Now and I couldn't be happier. Box arrived a week before live date. So easy to set up and it's never dropped out at all since we started it up (as some reviews suggest.) I work from home so rely on the internet being fast and reliable so I'm very pleased this has worked so well. Would highly recommend. |

Purchased NOW broadband and the whole experience from the start has been great. Broadband went live on the expected day with no issues at all. I live in a property that has the downstairs area in a basement so I wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise I get full WiFi signal every room of my house. |

Was recommending NOW to friends but they said lots of bad reviews here, so here I am, writing a positive one. Had FAB (VDSL) for 18 months, at 12th month cost jumped, called them up and they renewed at a more reasonable price + a voucher. Always good bandwidth, has been reliable for my work VPN and NOW TV & PRIME don't lag or jitters. Not the cheapest VDSL price plan but I've had cheaper ones before (beginning with an "O"), happy to pay a tiny bit more for reliable service. My area is in IG6 and I have been a happy customer. |

I switched from Sky to Now Broadband a week ago, Sky had hiked their prices and and lengthened the contract to 18 months so time for a change. I cannot get fibre broadband in my village so standard broadband it has to be. |

I was worried about going with Now given all the people whinging on this site! Initially wanted to go with virgin but can't access them at the new flat, everywhere else was minimal 18 month contract. Bit the bullet and went with Now as could get a 12 month contract- have had no issues. Simple set up, fast broadband, arrived early and activated on the day it said it would. Would recommend. |

I just renewed for another year. My bill went up after the end of my introductory year. I Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my call. A five minute phone call reduced my monthly bill to better than I was paying before, they refunded the difference from the previous month and threw in 6 months sky cinema. |

First of all, I have read the reviews and without insulting anyone, some people are just never satisfied. I have been with Virgin for years, I mean, it used to be NTL when I first joined. But I got fed up with my bills increasing every year to a point where I was paying over £100 a month. So when I moved house from London to Ipswich I decided to write down all the pros and cons about my Virgin package. For me, it all came down to flexibility. So NowTV, obviously, started to become a contender. Done my research and, because I didn't have to commit myself, I thought I'd give it a go. This was a year ago. I love the fact that I can pick and chose on a monthly basis and that I can actually leave whenever I want to. In this year I have not encountered any problem whatsoever and the reason I am writing this review is this; I became aware today that there's a new hub on the market as I just upgraded my MacBook Pro. As my husband is moving in permanently in 5 weeks time, my main concern was the 2.4ghz band, a problem we never had (only fair to mention this as well) with Virgin. The new hub caters a dual band which would solve this. I called their Customer Service and (besides the fact that the agent I spoke to definitely was British and I didn't have to wait as I got through in seconds) asked about the new Hub. Without any hassle she told me the new Hub would be send out today, free of charge. What a breathe of fresh air as I always had to beg, steal and borrow with Virgin to get their latest Hub. And this all for a price that continues to amaze me. For me these guys deserve every 5 stars I have given them. Top notch. |

I have used Now TV for broadband for just under a year now, they have been very consistent with the download speed and I have had no issues with the connection. Compared to Vodaphone who were worst than useless Now TV have been easy to deal with and reliable. |

I'm confused by all of the negative reviews on here. I am with Now TV Broadband and can only give them top marks. I was with BT and when I moved home they tried to trick me into a new contract. By trick me, I mean this was not mentioned throughout the moving requisition process, BT in very small print in the confirmation email! So I left them. Prior to that I had been with Talk Talk which was a total disaster! My download speed was supposed to be 36 - 40 mbs but was never above 30 mbs, and went down to 2.5 mbs but they weren't at all interested in sorting out the problem. Both BT & Talk Talk contracts were for 18 months. My Now TV contract is for 12 months, a length I can accept as if I am not satisfied at the end of it, I can go elsewhere. By the way neither previous gave free anytime calls to both landline and mobile numbers, only weekend calls to landlines only. And were both more than what I am paying now! |

I can't fault NOW TV Broadband. After reading some of the other reviews and getting my date delayed by 1 week with an OpenReach issue, it turns out that it actually was an OpenReach issue. I spoe to NOW a couple of times, very quick to answer once you go through the Option 3, Option 1 answer message. Very polite staff, apologetic and contacted me to say they had heard from OpenReach and confirmed the switch on date. OpenReach arrived well in time, connected to the OpenReach socket and didn't have much of a signal, so the engineer put a new socket in within 2 minutes and I instantly got great coverage in all rooms with no lag whatsoever. My son started downloading his PlayStation 4 updates and games, we went out for an hour and came back and all was downloaded. Can't fault them to be honest, right from the start they've been consistently extremely polite and very helpful. I've got the 38Mb/s fibre broadband with landline and for £23 per month on a 12 month contract, they are cheaper by far than any other. 5 stars all round from me. |

No problem with the service for a Fibre Broadband you wont beat this on price. BTW the router for Fibre (Hub 2)is a re-badged sky router and generally acknowledged to be best in the market; oh and if you want to contact them just click on link at bottom of there web page. Like someone said any speed out dropout issues whoever the provider will be down to BT who maintain the line network |

after a bereavement I changed to your broadband. Your people were so caring & helpful. After a glitch installing it by only a couple of days all done really well. Just heard I will receive £75. for the delay. Such a surprise .how can anyone complain about your service. Not me so far. |

The only problem I had was the Broadband box kept on resetting itself but problem solved within a few days of them sending out a new router other than that broadband speed quite high hi very good no cutting out no issues customer service has been polite I would recommend it |

I had Now fibre broadband installed around 4 weeks ago and have been entirely happy with the service. After initially signing up I received regular email updates, my modem arrived as stated. I was also eligible for a free 6 month Now TV entertainment pass. As I had no existing phone line, a BT Outreach engineer was required to call to install a complete new one, and to set up my modem. This service was provided completely FREE of charge. Other companies charge around £70. I was able to select my own appointment date and all went smoothly. Speeds are great (around 37 Mbps) and so far, connection hasn’t dropped at all. The cost is £25 a month. Would recommend. |

Read a lot of bad reviews on this site so was a bit worried because I had already ordered a switch. This is not the first time I have switched providers over the years so I expected a loss of phone and internet for a few hours. 9am this morning, switched over, no interruption to service and getting max speed. Early days yet but happy customer. |

Had my broadband set up for a few days now and all seems brilliant. Plenty to watch with the extra passes (entertainment & sky cinema), easy to use interface on the tv box itself, and the fab fibre speed seems perfect for online gaming and general usage of phones/tablets etc. My only gripe in the process being that the engineer was due to come out between 1 & 6, come quarter to six there was still no sign of him, so i went on the live chat and their customer services department advised that an engineer wasn't needed as my phone line was still live and that i could set-up the router and tv box by myself, so i waited in all day quietly for nothing, a heads up via phone call/email would have been nice!! aside from that, i cant complain about the service so far!! |

I've been with several providers over the years, ntl, then virgin, BT, etc. I've been with nowtv broadband for a year. I don't understand other people's issues, I had no problem contacting customer services in the first week, and an engineer was sent out in 3 days, who found my issue was wiring in my house, and fixed it free. The price is excellent, I've no issue connecting 8 devices to WiFi all over the house, and speed is as promised. Yes, twice over a year the signal dropped out, but both times it restarted within a few hours, and this happens with all providers from time to time. I'm most happy. |

Used this website when looking for a new supplier and the reviews almost stopped me from going with NowTV - would really urge everyone to take these with a massive pinch of salt as people typically only leave reviews when they are upset! My experience so far (around 3 months) has been absolutely fine - customer service has been quick and helpful, the speed could be better but is absolutely sufficient for daily use even with loading videos/ movies/ streams! |

Overall satisfaction is down one star due to my telephone number not being ported,i am not that worried as i only have calls telling me "i was involved in a accident".Been three weeks with Now and to be fair everything they said has been done,apart from the number porting.Good consistent speeds and no drop outs,router sent out when they said,engineer arrived when they said and 2.5 meg off my max speed so very happy with the service so far,i hope this continues. |

Had the internet just over a year, was on BT the past 10 or so years. BT internet would usually disconnect around 12-2AM at night likely to perform maintenance, this never happens with NOWTV which is always good when your in a competitive gaming match and dont get disconnected. |

I am very pleased with the standard of service that's been provided. The line has by and large been very reliable and stable, and in the entire first year there has been only one episode of outage which lasted overnight. I can't fault the service provided by the call centres either, they factored in my request as an existing customer for better terms in my new contract. |

No idea how this lot make any money. They've installed two lines for us at separate properties, including a brand new copper pair at the second, entirely free of charge. Broadband is reasonably fast and cheap, and on the new copper pair download speed, latency and packet loss are all good. Customer support is UK-based and pretty helpful. |

I recently signed up to transfer my broadband and phone package to Now as my package with another company was near the end of the contract. I had a couple of concerns that I needed answering. I telephoned Customer Service a spoke to a lady called Veronica. She was courteous and listened to my concerns and because all the details were not displayed on my account she arranged to phone me the following day. Further investigations were needed and a she was on days off and an intervening weekend she phoned me on her return, as arranged and my issues were cleared up. |

Ignore the bad reviews if you're getting broadband only. I can't comment on the TV packages as didn't sign up for them. Easiest and fastest broadband installation I've ever had! Had an Openreach engineer come within 2 weeks which is a record (try 4-6 normally). I've moved around a lot and I know this process...and the pain that it normally incurs so was very surprised by how easy a company this cheap made it. I'm getting 7.5Mbps down the line which is plenty for me, can watch Netflix HD and browse super fast no issues which is the majority of what I use it for. I couldn't get fibre on the BT lines here so it was this or Virgin basically, which costs a lot more. |

so far so good (three weeks), switched from origin (different review), during sign up estimated speed was 4-8Mb/s (due to line), after 10 days (settling) period speed was just below 4Mb/s and going off once a day. |

Changed from BT to NOW tv for fibre broadband & phone only. Less than half the price I was paying to BT and that wasn't even fibre. I am getting faster broadband at a cheaper price and phone calls included. OK there has been the odd break in broadband but only for a few minutes hence 4 stars. I'm happy. |
